Project Description:

Leader Breeders seeks support to expand our Teen Youth Lounge program, a structured after-school initiative designed to provide teens with a safe space to learn, grow, and connect with positive mentors. The program serves youth ages 13–19 and operates Monday through Thursday, offering a combination of academic support, personal development, wellness activities, and creative exploration.

Through this program, teens will participate in a series of workshops and hands-on activities that help them strengthen academic habits, develop leadership skills, explore personal passions, and build positive relationships with their peers. The Youth Lounge creates a consistent and supportive environment during after-school hours—one of the most critical times for youth engagement and safety.

Wellness & Leadership CirclesWeekly facilitated discussions focused on mental health, decision-making, leadership, and communication skills.
