All Letters of Interest (LOI) must be received prior to March 31 of each year.

Review and recommendations by the advisory board will follow.

The Board of Directors will vote on recommendations.

Letters to chosen grant seekers with a request for a full proposal will be made prior to July 1 of each year.

Full proposals must be received prior to August 1.

Grants are awarded each year during the month of October.

Grants are to be fully utilized in the year following the grant.
