Grant Guidelines


Letters of Interest will not be reviewed and considered

1. If not submitted on the required request form (Submit Grant Request form) or
2. Amount requested exceeds foundation limits. or
3. Group to be served exceeds foundation age limits. or
4. Project duration is listed as the current year. or
5. Projects are not within the United States.

Grants are made only to organizations that are tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Grants are not made to political organizations.

Grants are not made to large public charities such as the United Way, the March of Dimes, the American Cancer Society, The Salvation Army, etc. The foundation prefers to fund organizations that do not receive wide public support.

Grants are awarded each year during the month of October.

Grants to each charity may not exceed $10000.00.

Grants are to be fully utilized in the year following the grant. Any amounts remaining after project completion must be returned to the foundation.

Grants are for one (1) year and not automatically renewable for multiple years.

A grant evaluation report must be submitted to the foundation upon completion of the project.
