Grant Guidelines

Grants are made only to organizations that are tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Grants are NOT made to individuals.

Grants are made to projects located in rural, urban and suburban
communities within the United States of America.

Grants are awarded each year during the month of October. Letters of Inquiry (LOI) may be submitted at any time, but review Deadline requirements.

Grants are not made to political organizations.

Grants are not made to large public charities such as the United Way, the March of Dimes, American Cancer Society, The Salvation Army, etc. The foundation prefers to fund organizations that do not receive wide public support.

Donations to each charity may not exceed $10000.00.

To be considered, Letters of Interest must utilize or follow the initial request form under the Submit Grant Request heading.

Grants are for one (1) year and are not automatically renewable for
multiple years.

Grants are required to be fully utilized in the year following the grant and a grant evaluation report submitted to the foundation six (6) months after the grant has been awarded and upon completion of the project.

Organizations must have been in existence for at least one (1) year
