Project Title: Launch Point Golf Academy
Project Description:

Kingdom Fitness Foundation Inc. seeks funding to implement our Youth Golf Clinic, a structured introductory program designed to provide underserved youth ages 7–17 in Warner Robins and surrounding communities—including Houston, Peach, and Bibb counties—with equitable access to the game of golf. Many youth in these areas face financial and access barriers that limit exposure to golf and other lifetime recreational sports. This initiative removes those barriers while promoting physical activity, discipline, confidence, and positive mentorship.

The inaugural clinic will be held April 4, 2026, at International City Golf Course and will serve up to 15 participants. Youth will receive hands-on instruction in core golf fundamentals including grip, stance, swing mechanics, putting, and course etiquette, delivered by experienced instructors and trained community volunteers.

Program outcomes will include increased youth participation in structured physical activity, improved understanding of golf fundamentals and etiquette, strengthened confidence and sportsmanship, and expanded access to positive mentor-led recreational opportunities.

Grant funds will support facility fees, instructional personnel, equipment access for participants without clubs, program materials, and administrative operations to ensure affordability for families. Kingdom Fitness Foundation is requesting funding at the foundation’s allowable grant level to support the launch of the April clinic and establish the infrastructure needed to scale the program. With adequate funding support, the Foundation will expand this initiative into a recurring monthly clinic, increasing annual youth reach and deepening community impact across Houston, Peach, and Bibb counties.

Our long-term goal is to introduce youth to a lifelong sport, build confidence and character, and create sustainable pathways for continued participation in healthy, structured activities throughout Middle Georgia.
