Project Description:

The Earn & Learn Youth Program is a structured, multi-week initiative serving Charleston County students through hands-on learning, mentorship, and incentive-based participation. Students engage in daily educational workshops, creative and innovative activities, and financial literacy lessons while earning stipends or incentives tied to attendance, participation, and positive behavior.
Program components include:
• Academic enrichment activities that reinforce literacy, math, and critical thinking skills
• Financial literacy education, including budgeting, saving, and understanding earned income
• Social-emotional learning focused on communication, teamwork, and self-regulation
• Exposure to STEM, creative arts, and emerging technologies
• Guest speakers and community mentors who introduce career pathways and goal setting
