Leadership Lab is a Reck League initiative designed as a four-month leadership development experience for a 20-person cohort of young adults. The program blends personal and professional development, practical problem solving tools, hands-on community engagement, and inter-city summits that bring participants together across lines that are often divided by gang and community violence factors. Leadership Lab is grounded in the belief that leaders can emerge from the harshest places when properly nurtured.
