Project Title: Pathways to Purpose Youth Mentoring Program
Project Description:

Pathways to Purpose is a comprehensive youth mentoring program designed to support at-risk youth ages 10–18 in low-income and underserved communities who face mental health challenges and are at increased risk for substance use and addiction. Through structured mentoring, mental health support, life-skills education, and substance abuse prevention, this program will provide youth with the tools, relationships, and coping strategies needed to build healthy, productive futures.
Funding will support trained mentors, licensed mental health professionals, prevention workshops, family engagement services, and ongoing case management for 200 youth annually. Our goal is to reduce risk behaviors, improve emotional well-being, and create clear pathways toward education, employment, and community involvement.
