Project Title: The M.I.T Scholar Initiative
Project Description:

The Millionaire in Training (M.I.T.) Scholar Initiative is a comprehensive youth economic empowerment initiative designed to equip children and young adults (ages 14–21) with the tools necessary to build sustainable wealth, leadership capacity, and long-term stability. Grounded in a legacy-centered framework, the program integrates financial literacy, entrepreneurial development, and character formation to address the systemic barriers that limit economic mobility for underserved youth.

The M.I.T. Scholar Initiative is built upon five core pillars: Financial Intelligence & Infrastructure, Entrepreneurial Identity, Asset Acquisition, Generational wealth and Multiplication & Legacy. Through a structured cohort model, participants move through progressive stages that cultivate purpose-driven vision, disciplined financial habits, and practical wealth-building strategies. Scholars engage in zero-based budgeting exercises, credit readiness planning, business formation simulations, and introductory asset-based investment education. Each participant develops a personalized financial roadmap and a three-year growth vision aligned with both personal goals and community impact.

The curriculum emphasizes applied learning rather than theory alone. Scholars complete real-world activities such as creating business budgets, analyzing asset leverage scenarios, and drafting scale plans that demonstrate their understanding of compounding growth and responsible stewardship. Mentorship and accountability are embedded throughout the program to reinforce behavioral change and measurable progress.
Serving youth who often lack access to generational wealth-building knowledge, the M.I.T. Scholar Program provides both financial capability and leadership development. Pre- and post-assessments measure gains in financial knowledge, confidence, and decision-making skills. With grant support, the program will expand access to high-quality instructional materials, facilitator stipends, and milestone-based participation incentives.

The M.I.T. Scholar Initiative prepares young people not merely to earn income, but to build assets, multiply opportunities, and establish generational legacy.
