Project Title: Future Founders Youth Leadership & Life Skills Initiative
Project Description:

Diamonds Inspiring Virtue and Success (D.I.V.A.S.) respectfully submit this Letter of Interest to support the Future Founders Youth Leadership & Life Skills Initiative, a transformative program serving girls ages 11–18 through education, mentorship, arts-based expression, and social-emotional development.

Future Founders equips young girls with leadership skills, financial literacy, entrepreneurship training, and personal development tools designed to strengthen confidence, resilience, and long-term success. Participants engage in structured workshops that blend education with creative arts, wellness practices, and community service — nurturing the whole child academically, emotionally, and socially.

Many youths served come from communities facing economic barriers, limited mentorship opportunities, and gaps in enrichment programming. This initiative provides a safe and empowering environment where girls develop goal-setting skills, explore career pathways, and build healthy self-identity.

Funding from the Charles & Joan Hermanowski Foundation will directly support program materials, youth workshops, mentoring sessions, enrichment activities, transportation assistance, and culminating youth showcases that highlight creativity, leadership, and growth.

By investing in Future Founders, the Foundation will help expand access to meaningful education, arts engagement, and wellness-centered programming that supports youth development up to age 21. Together, we will nurture confident, capable young leaders prepared to thrive academically, socially, and within their communities.
