Project Title: Project Dream
Project Description:

Project Dream is a two-year, cohort-based college and career readiness program serving at-risk public high school juniors and seniors in underserved communities. The program supports students during a pivotal transition period by combining structured workshops, one-on-one mentorship, career exploration, community engagement, and scholarship support.

Students participate in monthly sessions focused on identity development, academic planning, financial literacy, college admissions and FAFSA guidance, and professional skill-building. Each student is paired with a mentor who provides sustained guidance and accountability. Experiential components include job shadowing, industry panels, and a capstone project.

Through a flexible hybrid model, Project Dream accommodates students balancing academic and economic responsibilities. By pairing research-informed programming with sustained mentorship and financial support, Scholar & A Dream promotes both postsecondary access and long-term persistence.
