Project Description:

• The purpose of this program is to aid Survive and Thrive Education Graduates who have every intention of attending a four-year university, and are intending to attend a local community college, with the intention of either completing an associate’s degree and/or transferring to a four-year university. These students are given aid from STE to ensure that they are receiving the proper case management/support necessary to aid the student in transitioning from the community college system to a four-year university.
