Project Title: Health and Wellness for Mending Hearts
Project Description:

The Victoria Ciara Foundation works to enhance the lives of those impacted by congenital heart disease (CHD), which is the presence of cardiac defects that develop prior to birth. Babies born with CHD often face multiple open-heart surgeries throughout their lifetime. Long-term hospitalizations create financial strain for families and emotional trauma for the patient and loved ones. Our wrap-around services help to stabilize the family financially and emotionally through monetary assistance, ongoing communication, hospital outreach, virtual socialization opportunities with other CHD families, and educational scholarships.
We are proud to have assisted more than 2,000 families in Delaware, New Jersey, Florida, Pennsylvania, Iowa, and Nebraska since our inception and look forward to growing that number significantly in 2026.
