Project Title: Elevate Hope
Project Description:

For more than 20 years, Hopecam has been on a mission to support the quality of life, learning, and emotional health of children with cancer by virtually connecting them with their classmates and peers. To make these connections, we provide tablets, laptops, WIFI access, and Hopecam resources at no cost to families and schools.  Every time a child is diagnosed with cancer and is isolated from friends, their mental health is at risk. Hopecam can change that trajectory by connecting kids with their world. Hopecam helps kids feel more supported and less depressed through the power of connection.

We are so grateful for the Hermanowski Foundation’s past support. You truly helped us grow. Over the past six years, the demand for Hopecam’s services has skyrocketed. The pandemic highlighted how essential it is for all kids, especially those with cancer, to stay connected with their classmates. We have more than doubled the number of children we support each year.  By joining our "Elevate Hope" initiative, you’ll help us reach an additional 100 Hopecam kids this year, bringing them much-needed hope, joy, and connection.  This project requires a total of $100,000, with more than half already funded by committed partners. We invite you to join this effort to lift the spirits of seriously ill children as they undergo treatment for cancer.
