Project Title: rKlein Theatre Aets
Project Description:

Klein Theatre Arts is a tuition-free arts education program for Bridgeport middle and high school students. Classes are held at the Klein Auditorium, a 1437-seat performing arts center. Students receive instruction in singing, acting, dance, and video production, all taught by professionals in those fields. In January we will add a course in West African Drunning & Dance.The students perform 3 concerts each year and give several performances at community events, such as parades, festivals, church dinners, and government and civic ceremonies. High school students may also take a technical production course and become paid interns to work alongside our union stagehands at most Klein events in the year.
