Project Description:

Empowering youth from the inside out is a community- based youth mental health initiative designed to foster youth mental health initiative designed to foster resilience, self-awareness, and inner strength among young people. This program provides a safe, supportive space where youth can explore their emotions, build healthy coping skills, and develop a strong sense of self-worth. Through workshops, peer mentorship, creative expression, and guided conversations, participants are empowered to take charge of their mental wellness and become positive forces within their communities. Rooted in connection, care, and community support, the program uplifts youth from within equipping them with the tools to thrive mentally, emotionally, and socially.
