Project Title: JA Glow: Women in STEM and Leadership
Project Description:

Having already received approval and support from Brevard County Public Schools, JA GLOW Women in
STEM and Leadership will be scheduled at 13 high schools while featuring presenters representing the
aerospace industry. In this assembly-style learning experience, professional women in STEM fields and leadership positions
share their personal and professional expertise with female students through open Q&A. After briefly
introducing themselves via slide decks, volunteers answer questions submitted anonymously by the students on topics including work/life balance, navigating a career with motherhood and succeeding in male- dominated industries.
