Project Title: Teacher Training and Support in Career Guidance
Project Description:

The Get Focused, Stay Focused nonprofit equips teachers with training and support to empower students to envision and achieve meaningful career and life goals, fostering success for themselves, their families, and their communities. Our mission is to help educators and school representatives provide equitable and inclusive career guidance to students from diverse ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds with a wide range of talents and skills. This project offers professional development for teachers implementing the Get Focused, Stay Focused curriculum through a Labor Market Webinar and a Career Mentor Workshop. These resources are designed to enhance teachers’ understanding of the local labor market and strengthen their role as effective career mentors.
