The mission of the Shura, Inc. Youth Mentorship Program is to provide mentorship, guidance, and skill-building opportunities for boys in the Baltimore City area. The targeted population are young men, ages 10 – 14, that are in need of resiliency training, barrier removal, improvements in natural supports, and increase the young men’s committment to their communities and their families.
