Project Description:

Glorious Hands Inc. Girls Mentoring Academy in Sanford, Fl mission is to provide empowerment
opportunities to girls, throughout our community. We ensure that all girls have the required support
and resources, to earn their High School Diploma and be prepared for college and/ or career.
Glorious Hands Inc. was strategically placed in the Historic Goldsboro District and is the only “ALL GIRL”
serving mentoring academy in the area. With over ninety percent of our girls residing in low income,
economically disadvantaged households we realize the importance of having consistent positive role
model mentors in their life. Our weekly afterschool empowerment sessions and monthly experiences
cultivate the development of life skills, community serving, academic enrichment and healthy living. Glorious Hands Inc. is known as a safe haven in our community. We are that "Positive Place for Girls!"
