Project Title: Beyond Foster Care
Project Description:

Omni Family Foundation offers youth transitioning beyond foster care a surer path to successful adulthood by providing comprehensive support and resources that not only improves and transforms their lives but also inspires hope and paves a strong path for their future.

Our work aligns with the Charles and Joan Hermanowski Family Foundation’s goal of improving the lives of children and young adults in the United States by providing them with tools to succeed and achieve their full potential.

The Omni Family Foundation is supporting teens’ transition from foster care through our Basic Needs program. This program will provide emergency and basic need support, including flat tires, electric bills, rent, toiletries, and other essential needs for 25 teens.

Our Basic Needs program will decrease the number of evictions, late payments, or credit damage experienced by teens transitioning from foster care and increase their chances of achieving their full potential.
