Project Title: TPCP Fashion Competition
Project Description:

TPCP’s mission is to help college students from underserved communities alleviate financial stress by providing scholarships in the fashion industry. We create career pathways by linking students to industry professionals that foster educational growth and create opportunities for hands-on experiences including public fashion competitions, shows, and exhibits where students showcase their creative fashions live and digitally

Our programs: Our programs consist of a yearlong mentorship in fashion design, business of fashion panel discussions, marketing, and PR. We host virtual and In-person webinars featuring successful fashion professionals and business owners.

Hands on experiences consist of students creating collections for display in a competition or exhibit as part of being awarded financial scholarships to help aid in their studies. Instead of just giving away a scholarship we make our program interactive for both students and our local audiences where they can view the passion, and creative talent of student designers as they improve in their craftsmanship.
