Project Title: Learning Management System Project
Project Description:

Our mission is to "Empower and educate inner-city at-risk youth (ages 13-18) in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas through a variety of mentoring programs. We employ dynamic mentoring techniques to enhance the life skills of undeserved youth to promote economic mobility and nurture workforce development within the community." Hard Grinderz Kings Growing Kings is a 7 on 7 football team that is layered with mentorship workshops that includes Entrepreneurship, Toastmasters and Archery.

Hard Grinderz seek to acquire a Learning Management System (LMS) that can enhance our youth mentoring program by facilitating the administration, documentation, tracking, reporting, and delivery of mentoring programs. This program will assist the organization to track our participants’ progress and performance to enable us to deliver a more robust program.
This platform will be impactful to enable us to curate programs according to the specific needs of the population we serve.
