Project Description:

Winners Mindset is a transformative 6-week program designed to equip troubled youth with essential leadership skills and a positive mindset for success. Our program targets youth aged 12-18 who are at risk of academic failure or behavioral issues, serving the Macon, GA area. Through interactive workshops, mentorship, and hands-on activities, participants will develop key leadership qualities such as resilience, empathy, effective communication, and goal-setting. Each week focuses on a different aspect of leadership, starting with self-awareness and progressing to community impact.
