Project Title: Foster Youth Health and Wellness
Project Description:

The project Foster Youth Health and Wellness: Summer Programming is an evidenced-based program, also entitled All About Me.

Youth development and living skills is the programmatic focus. Youth receive services and resources to support health, education, financial literacy, and employment attainment.

Also, assistance in the completion of their personal wellness plan that includes the topics of mental health and physical health along with delving into overall health accessibility.

This is a very popular and important summer program for youth ages 14-21. C2i provides transportation, meals and financial incentives that can be added to their individual saving’s accounts.

C2i staff developed this program to work holistically with our other year-round programs; reducing stigmatization and worry for foster youth.
