Project Description:

Commencing in July 2025, Vineyard Food Resource Center (FRC) continues its unwavering commitment to addressing food insecurity in our community. Building on our ongoing efforts, this initiative ensures a consistent supply of nutritious meals for residents, with a particular focus on supporting the nutritional needs of children.

Our existing programs, including a weekly drive-up pantry, monthly distributions, and community partnerships, will be augmented to prioritize the well-being of our youngest community members. These efforts are sustained by the collaborative support of valued partners such as CSX Railroad, NOPEC, PNC Charitable Trust, Cavaliers Foundation, and Lake Geauga Fund.

The FRC’s holistic approach recognizes the importance of providing not only food but also essential hygiene items and a dedicated community support fund for children. This integrated strategy aims to create an environment where no child goes hungry, fostering their health and prosperity.

As we move forward, the July 2025 launch symbolizes a renewed dedication to combating food insecurity and ensuring the children in our community have the resources they need for a brighter future. The FRC remains steadfast in its mission to make a positive and lasting impact on the lives of those we serve.
