FREE classes offered on Wednesdays to nourish your mind, body, and soul.
Offered by WeBreathe WellBeing Soul Sanctuary, 501c3 Non-Profit dedicated to making wellness accessible to all people.
Class Descriptions:
QiGong Meditation in Motion. In this class we nurture and strengthen QI or “life-force” through simple movements which also build physical strength, balance, energy, resilience & agility…and it’s fun!
Health & Nutrition Tips Informative wellness workshop designed to empower you with practical health tips for a vibrant and balanced life. Topics discussed will include; tips for healthier eating, how to read food labels, moving your body when you don’t have time to exercise, healthy sleep tips and more. Com kickstart your journey towards a healthier life.
Mid Day Yoga Break This Yoga class is for all levels and body types. We will offer modifications for new and advanced students. Each asana (pose) will be guided through with breath and at a mindful pace. Leave with a strong connection between body, mind and soul.
Fitness For You Classes will focus on cardio and core strength training. Bring a mat and light dumbbells if you have them. Each week we will design a physical workout that will target all muscle groups! Come get on your feet and jump into the fun! A wealth of experience to guide you on your fitness journey!
Exploring Yoga Come explore the different yoga styles each week to better understand the style of yoga best suited to your body. Perfect for Beginners. All Levels welcome.

WeBreathe WellBeing Soul Sanctuary envisions a place of serenity where individuals seeking mental health, wellness support and resources can come together to embark on a journey of personal growth, healing, and renewal.
We aim to foster personal growth and healing, a sense of belonging, and well-being for individuals seeking mental health and wellness support through immersive programs and experiences in a safe and inclusive environment. Ignite social transformation to create a world united in service to well-being, justice, and peace for every living soul.
We are requesting a grant to expand our transformative wellness programming, addressing the mental health crisis our communities face. This initiative explicitly targets, who under normal circumstances, might not have access to such wellness programs.
The funds will support our immersive retreat experiences, offering solace, self-discovery, and connection to those who most need it. We are committed to reaching individuals often underserved in terms of mental health resources and your support will enable us to make a profound impact.
We have developed a range of programs and activities to address the diverse needs of our community including:
· Transformative Retreats: Immersive experiences are designed to provide solace, self-discover, and connection. Tailored activities include; mindfulness practices (meditation, breathwork, somatic movement), empowerment workshops, and holistic wellness sessions.
· Wellness Workshops: Regular workshops addressing mental health, stress management, and personal development. Facilitated by experienced practitioners and mental health professionals.
· Community Support Groups: Safe spaces for individuals to share experiences, provide mutual support, and foster a sense of community. Led by trained facilitators, these groups aim to reduce isolation and strengthen connections.
· Mindfulness and Meditation Classes: Weekly classes offering practical tools for stress reduction and promoting mental wellbeing. Accessible to individuals of all levels, fostering a sense of peace and mindfulness.
We are requesting this grant to help support program development, participant outreach, and logistical arrangements for a successful and impact project.
