Project Title: Greater Together Back to School School Supply Block Party
Project Description:

Our Greater Together Back to School School Supply Block Party is a day of bringing the community together as a whole to focus on unity in the community, families, our youth, and school readiness. Our objective is to bring together, connect, and impact the lives of the next generation. Deeply connected with our community and committed to allowing their voice to shape our work, The community, coordinators, and community partners all join to enjoy the last few days of summer, before the start of a new school year, and to celebrate the end of a fantastic summer. Various clergies from the area are involved to cover our children with prayer as they return to school. A motivational and inspirational speaker to motivate the children as they venture into the upcoming year with high expectations, along with great music, food, fun, supplies, and giveaway. We include everyone from student to parents, and teachers everyone is affected by this event. This is an event the whole family will enjoy on the lawn of the Aliceville City Hall we are and have always been excited about changing lives it’s what we live to do.
