Project Title: G.O.G.O. Safe Teens
Project Description:

Barstow, Ca sits isolated over 30 miles away from any other Metropolitain area, with no access vi public transit. Our program is located steps away from the only Continuation High School in Barstow, Ca. Our safe teen program addresses bullying, drug prevention, lgbtqia2s+, food, clothing, tutoring, arts, life skills, job development, workshops and support groups. All services increase their quality of life, reduce crime, risky behaviors and drug use. We increase graduation rates and college enrollment through ongoing supportive services and a safe supervised space that otherwise is not available to our teens. Our students participate in weekly self-reflections, goal setting and receive an individualized service plan catered to them to ensure all their needs are met long term.
