RECLife is a mixture of life skills, social connection, mental health, and recreation offered to youth between the ages of 5-17. It is a program we provide to educate youth on self esteem, healthy ways to express themselves, peer connection, and team building skills through recreation that can transfer over into their day to day life of resolving conflict.
