This program connects the underlying threads between physical issues and mental health issues. Local mental and physical health specialists, financial and legal experts, and faith-based leaders work collaboratively to help people of all ages learn how to overcome or address difficult situations including:
Disease Prevention & Rehab: Addresses Obesity, Heart Disease, Diabetes, Cancer, & Stroke
Exercise & Nutrition,
Living With HIV,
Teen Pregnancy Prevention
Improving Mental Wellness
Suicide Prevention

Total Project Budget: $20,000

Sources For The Project (Committed & Potential): We have secured funding from Leader Federal for mental health licensure to improve capacity. We are currently seeking additional funding from federal and state entities, private businesses, corporations, and foundations.

Project Duration: This is a 1 time event to introduce the community to ongoing resources available for youth and their families.
