NOW OUR YOUNG PEOPLE DON’T REALIZE THE IMPORTANCE OF EATING RIGHT AND EXERCISE SO THAT THEY CAN HAVE A HEALTHY LIFE AND LIVE LONGER. WITH THE PROJECT THE GOAL IS TO REACH 100 YOUNG ADULTS ESPECIALLY OUR YOUNG PARENTS. WE WANT TO EDUCATE THEM THAT EATING RIGHT IS NOT ABOUT JUNK FOOD ITS ABOUT GETTING YOUR DAILIY INTAKE OF THE RIGHT NUTRITION THE BODY NEEDS IN ORDER TO GROW PROPERLY AND BE HEALTHY,
