Project Description:

Funding will support our Growth & Change Program that is the foundation of our positive behavior modification model that encourages and empowers girls and young women to reach their full potential. The five-stage program transforms negative behaviors into positive outcomes such as increased attendance, academic improvement, and engagement in social services. Requested funding would help offset year-round ancillary costs associated with the Growth & Change program including educational field trips, onsite educational activities and academic & testing incentives.
