Project Description:

Fun filled and knowledge filled bi-weekly meetings for youth and young adults. We provide participants with an opportunity to express their feelings on canvas while discussing their thoughts on school, bullying, jobs and other potential stressors. They get to talk with peers and mentors about what is means to be Strong, Authentic, Legendary and True (S.A.L.T.) Food and refreshments will be provided as well as linkage to counseling and other resources as needed.
