Project Title: Live Happii Week
Project Description:

We will host a 2-week series of health and wellness events for inner city, minority high school and college students. We will teach yoga, qigong, meditation, journaling, and dance therapy classes to hundreds of underprivileged youth in the Chicago-area, to help them develop their own holistic self-care practice. This two-week event will culminate with a 3-day retreat, where we will take 10 of these students on an intensive leadership and self-development retreat. This will provide transformative, life-changing impact.
