Project Title: Family Support Services Program
Project Description:

The Family Support Services Program (1) provides safe, comfortable housing that is a "home away from home" for families; (2) assists our families in taking care of daily needs such as laundry, baby supplies, travel arrangements, and family visits; (3) serves our families by ensuring that they can care for their child who is receiving treatment; and (4) provides families with three healthy meals a day that help keep their strength and help kids heal. A unique feature about our program is that every family who is eligible to stay at RMHC Augusta is allowed to stay with us as long as treatment lasts. This can be days, weeks, or even months; due to this no family is ever turned away for the ability to pay.
