The “UPliftHER” program embodies a commitment to fostering resilience, strength, and empowerment among individuals navigating the justice system. Through a comprehensive approach that integrates support, education, and community engagement, our goal is to inspire positive change and provide tools for
personal growth.
Operation Taking Back 901 is a nonprofit 501c3 organization whose mission is to initiate economic and educational programs for the Youth in Shelby County. Operation Taking Back 901 is broken down into four components, which is Career Ready, Road to Greatness, Homebound and the UPliftHER program. The programs will include promoting and providing broad opportunities that will enhance community development, business workforce development training, economic development, housing, education and social services.
Our core values are "Our Impact to build Purpose" to strive for greatness while rebuilding positivity in our community. We make sure this is done, by holding each other accountable, showing compassion while working towards growth. Our organization embodies "Empowerment, Access & Leadership."
