696-moms will assist by giving referrals and linkages for the parent request such as food, clothing and toiletries. All requests will be honored to prevent removal; however, if the social worker deems necessary for more follow up and case management services that will be determined as well. Our resources will include but not limited for the following services: shelters, food banks, workforce development, benefit applications, clothing and more. After the resource is given, our navigator will follow up with client, making sure that those needs were addressed.
