Project Title: Meals for Minors Youth Feeding Program
Project Description:

Meals for Minors Youth Feeding Program has been in existence for two (2) years now as the high demand from hrandparents and parents arise asking for donations of food gift cards to help feed kids.

As you may or may not know CDC reports that in 2019–2020, 10.8% of children aged 0–17 years lived in a household that experienced food insecurity during the past 30 days.

Here in Clayton & Henry County that number has double due to the extremely HIGH increase in the basic needs as a result of the Coronavirus Pandemic.

When children are out of school for more than two (2) or more days many go to bed hungry because grandparents and parent rely on the breakfast and lunch meals from schools to supplement the one meal and snack that they get at home.
