Project Title: Monarch Family Services Social Work Department
Project Description:

The social work program will address all needs the families we serve. How the program works is referrals come from all the agencies departments. Receiving the referral, the Resource Manager/ Social Work Director will assess the needs of the family and connect the family to resources. If funds allow, Monarch can provide direct care to the family and ensure the needs have been met. If Monarch is unable to provide direct assistance, Monarch will reach out to partners and connect the family to partnering organizations. Often partnering organizations also do not have funds to assist the family financially and will continue to struggle paying their rent and their utilities.
