Project Title: Teen Mother and Father Mentorship Program
Project Description:

Supporting Teen parents ages 10-18 with little to no adult supervision. Our core program takes teen parents through a structured learning process that will help equip them get prepared for the challenges of parenthood. This also includes addressing barriers that might prevent them from gaining access to employment. Teen parents will benefit from tangible outcomes such as access to food pantry, GED support, getting a driver’s license, small scholarships for parents who plan to enroll in secondary education or get a certification, baby equipment like car seats, clothing, strollers, diapers and more.
