Project Title: B.E.E. Inspiring Inc Positive Affirmations Workshop
Project Description:

B.E.E. Inspiring Inc.’s Positive Affirmations Workshop is designed to help youth in Paulding County, GA, become their best selves through positive affirmations and self-love practices. The workshop consists of two 60-minute sessions each month that focus on building confidence, developing a sense of purpose and identity, and learning how to use positive self-talk. Through group activities, discussion, and practical tips, the workshop teaches youth how to practice self-care and build meaningful relationships with peers and adults. The program also encourages participants to find their passion in life and pursue it wholeheartedly. These workshops are designed to create a safe space for youth to learn that they are capable, worthy, and appreciated. By the end of the program, participants will be more confident in themselves and their abilities, better equipped to form meaningful relationships with others, and have increased self-awareness. With these tools in hand, youth can take the next step towards becoming empowered individuals who reach their full potential.
