Project Description:

At Queen of Community, we recognize the importance of providing a holistic approach to mentoring and coaching teen girls. By focusing on building self-awareness, we empower these young women to take control of their lives and make informed decisions. Our faith-based activities provide a safe space for them to explore their spirituality, while also promoting teen health and wellness.
We recognize that there is more to a person than just their physical health. Mental and emotional well-being are equally important, and by addressing these areas, we are helping to create a generation of young women who are confident, self-aware, and self-assured.
Our holistic-based activities like sound meditation, yoga, gardening, and journaling provide a unique perspective that is often missing in traditional mentoring and coaching programs. By incorporating spirituality into our approach, we are able to connect with these young women on a deeper level and help them explore their beliefs and values. This approach not only promotes personal growth but also strengthens their connection to their community and the world around them.
