Project Description:
FRESH START FRESH THINKING sponsorship package and proposal for a career life planning program for 7 students from grades 6th-12th: The 7 students will be randomly drawn from a lottery, which will consist of 1 students from each grade 6th -12th.
Program Overview:
The career life planning program aims to provide guidance and support to students in grades 6th-12th, as they explore and plan for their future careers. Through a series of workshops, one-on-one coaching, and experiential learning opportunities, students will gain valuable insights into various career paths and develop the skills and knowledge needed to achieve their goals.
Program Components:
1. Career Exploration Workshops: Students will attend a series of workshops designed to help them explore different career options. These workshops will cover topics such as career assessments, resume writing, interview skills, and job search strategies.
2. One-on-One Coaching: Each student will be paired with a career coach who will provide personalized guidance and support as they develop their career plans. Coaches will help students identify their strengths and interests, set goals, and develop action plans to achieve those goals.
3. Experiential Learning Opportunities: Students will have the opportunity to participate in experiential learning activities such as job shadowing, internships, and volunteer work. These experiences will help students gain real-world experience and develop their skills and knowledge.
4. Networking and Mentoring: Students will have the opportunity to connect with professionals in various industries through networking events and mentorship programs. These connections will help students build their professional networks and gain valuable insights into different career paths.
