Project Description:
STEM Generation is dedicated to equipping K-6 students in marginalized and underrepresented communities with quality hands-on STEM curriculum kits. We emphasize that regardless of race, color, sexual identity or socioeconomic status, equitable STEM education is attainable. We furnish comprehensive kits comprising of all necessary materials, detailed lesson plans, supplementary enrichment resources, and materials for at-home projects. In addition, we offer educators valuable professional development opportunities and continue to provide ongoing support.
Our fundamental objective is to foster a diverse cohort of future STEM leaders. We achieve this by empowering students to cultivate vital 21st-century leadership competencies. Through our initiatives, we seek to enhance their self-assurance and equip them with the essential skills required to embark on a successful journey into the STEM workforce.
At STEM Generation, we understand the critical importance of broadening access to STEM education, particularly in underserved and underrepresented communities. By offering high-quality curriculum kits and comprehensive support, we aspire to break down barriers and inspire a new generation of learners who are not only well-prepared for STEM careers but also capable of making significant contributions to the field and their communities.
