Project Title: The Senators Program
Project Description:

We Rise is a mentorship and neighborhood revitalization program in the City of Baltimore focused on helping youth and families build financial stability through financial education and homeownership. Our program introduces our mentees to various business leaders and major community development projects with the aim to avoid traditional gentrification practices and instead focuses on creating homeownership opportunities for those within the communities they develop.

While in the program, mentees will participate in an education curriculum that will focus around professional etiquette and workplace readiness, career pathways, financial literacy, and various other critical and communication skills. During their three months involved in the program, they will also receive compensation for participating in rehabilitation projects for our housing properties.
