Journeymakers develops youth leaders for public health. Adolescents in East Baltimore whose families endure violence, addiction, and incarceration learn healing practices of trauma-informed care, restorative justice, conflict transformation, and peer counseling. They then become neighborhood peace ambassadors and receive small stipends.
