Project Title: Youth Musical Theatre
Project Description:

Bay Street Players is seeking funding to support its Youth Productions, which give young people the opportunity to learn, create, and perform in a fun and supportive environment. Funding will help cover production costs including costumes, sets, materials, technical needs, and educational programming while keeping participation affordable for families. Support will also help Bay Street Players offer school-day performances, giving local students the opportunity to experience live theatre—often for the first time—and see their peers performing on stage. More than simply producing a show, these productions build confidence, encourage teamwork and creativity, and provide meaningful arts experiences for both the young people on stage and the students in the audience.
