Project Title: Pathways to Purpose
Project Description:

Designed primarily for emerging adults ages 18–21, Pathways to Purpose helps participants successfully transition from high school into college, careers, vocational training, military service, or ministry through an immersive leadership development experience grounded in mentoring, experiential learning, service, and personal growth.

Participants develop essential life and workforce skills, including communication, teamwork, critical thinking, financial stewardship, problem solving, and professional responsibility while building confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of purpose. Through partnerships with local businesses, educators, churches, and community organizations, students gain practical experience that prepares them to become productive employees, engaged citizens, and servant leaders.

The program reflects the Foundation’s commitment to improving the lives of children and young adults by providing meaningful educational opportunities that strengthen both character and future success. Rather than simply preparing participants for a job, Pathways to Purpose equips them to lead lives of integrity, responsibility, and service that positively impact their families, workplaces, and communities.

A grant from The Charles and Joan Hermanowski Family Foundation would directly support curriculum, leadership development resources, mentoring, and experiential learning opportunities that provide young adults with the tools they need to thrive and achieve their potential.
