Project Title: Community Partnership Schools (CPS)
Project Description:

CHS has partnered with the Palm Beach County School Board at Lake Worth High and JFK Middle in Riviera Beach, along with Florida Atlantic University to establish these Programs based on our State wide model. CPS creates an 0n-campusresource-rich hub around CHS’s four pillars of service, expanded learning, wellness, family band community engagement and collaborative leadership among partners. The CPS wellness Coordinator is responsible for fostering a culture of well-being and wellness on campus by providing students to screenings, medical care and behavioral health, working with the core partner, Health Care District, as well as over-seeing nutritional and wellness programs.
