The mission of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Washington (BBBS) is to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth. Our Site-Based Mentoring program has Bigs and Littles meeting at a local school or community center, typically one hour a week during lunch hour or after school during the school year. This allows matches to build a friendship within a structured setting with professional staff support. BBBS staff facilitate activities that explore career connections, character-building, life skills.
